North Carolina: Brunswick County Ranks Sixth for Visitor Spending in 2023, Generating 1.17 Billion USD

Brunswick County secured its position as one of North Carolina’s top tourism destinations, ranking sixth in the state for visitor spending during 2023, according to data recently released by the N.C. Department of Commerce. Visitors spent a remarkable $1.17 billion in Brunswick County last year, a 7.5% increase from 2022, underscoring the county’s growing appeal to both domestic and international travelers.
