MGM Resorts International has announced the promotion of Ari Kastrati to the position of Chief Content, Hospitality and Development Officer, effective immediately. In this enhanced role, Kastrati will take the lead in shaping the company’s global design and development strategies while also managing key sports and entertainment partnerships.
Kastrati joined MGM Resorts in 2010 and most recently held the position of Chief Hospitality Officer. In this role, he led the Company's Hospitality Center of Excellence and played a key role in building a premier portfolio of dining and nightlife destinations. With over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Kastrati previously worked with several top-tier hospitality companies before joining MGM Resorts.
