Joseph’s journey in the hospitality industry began in the early stages of her career, where she worked her way up from bartender to Marketing Events Coordinator, and later, Catering Sales Manager and Wedding Specialist at SLS Baha Mar. Her passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences for guests has been the driving force behind her success.

One of Joseph's most memorable achievements was managing a 200-person wedding event single-handedly, an accomplishment that solidified her love for event planning. The wedding was a resounding success, and Joseph remains close friends with the couple to this day.
