In 2023, Bohan made history as the first-ever recipient of the American Society of Travel Advisors (ASTA) Icon Award, recognizing her unwavering advocacy for gender equality. Just a year later, she earned the Champion of Women in Travel honor at the 2024 Northstar Travvy Awards, cementing her legacy as a true industry changemaker.

A prime example of this initiative is the upcoming Enterprising Women of the Year Awards Celebration & Conference, scheduled from March 27 to 29 in Nashville. This landmark event will bring together 81 scholarship recipients from across the United States, offering them the chance to engage in mentorship sessions, leadership workshops, and community building.
